We’re pretty sure you’re accustomed to this process by now since 30 seconds to Mars have used VyRT two more times. During the first VyRT (MARS300) I started a giveaway which with the help of the echelon all over the world became very successful. Then the second VyRT took place & the echelon helped once again. A Call 2 Arms, Echelon Donates & All Echelon Help were major supporters of this giveaway & with their contribution we gave away 130+ VyRT tickets. They will be supporters in this project as well!
In this VyRT, to celebrate the 10 years of MARS in all their glory, me & Katie (founder of This Is A Call To Arms) decided to launch this giveaway together so we can give away even MORE tickets for all the people who are unable to purchase a digital VyRT ticket for serious reasons.
How do you take part in the giveaway?
Simple as always, you fill this online form.
How do you donate?
Since we don’t have any “official gifting guide” to follow for now, we would like you to paypal us the money ($9.99) [sorry for using paypal as a verb!] at this email: acall2arms@thisisacalltoarms.com & we will purchase the tickets & deliver them to the winners.
We’d like you to add your Twitter name [or just your name if you don’t have a Twitter] to the subject of the email so we can add it to our Thank you card in the end.
ALSO: When the gifting option is available, we may change the way we accept donations but that’s the least of your concern now. Please do as we described & you’re all set :]
What else should I know if I donate?
We can’t really explain how grateful we are that you donate in this cause & help out an echelon friend. So, to show our gratitude somehow - we’ll give away a VYRT book (courtesy of This Is A Call To Arms) to a lucky donor at the end of this VYRT giveaway!
The process of this giveaway will be slightly different this time. We won’t be announcing all the winners at the end of the giveaway. Instead, we’ll be giving away a few tickets every two days or so. We faced a serious problem the last time because many winners never answered back to our message telling them that they won so we had to cast new winners! This wasn’t easy & it truly took much personal time & patience from my part.
I am willing to help as many as possible because I know (after reading several echelon stories) that for some people the VyRT ticket is not “just a click away”. So with the help & support of many echelon worldwide, I believe we can giveaway even more tickets this time! Now this is me just being optimistic but fingers crossed.
Where will the giveaways take place?
The giveaways will take place in Twitter, Tumblr & Facebook, meaning that’s where we’ll be announcing the winners.
